The participants included members of ECED Cluster Working Groups, government policy makers, development partners, researchers, experts, NGOs, field level practitioners and development partners. The webinar was an opportunity for ECED stakeholders to contribute to discussions and exchange ideas on broader ECED quality measurement and improvement efforts in Africa.
